Originating from Nottinghamshire, Ross quickly left Sherwood Forest behind in search of his own band of merry men in London. He graduated with a BA Hons degree in English Literature and a postgraduate diploma from the Royal Academy of Music. He worked for a number of years as an actor both in the UK and internationally before embracing the world of talent management. Following his time at the National Theatre, Ross gained experience at some of London’s top Talent agencies and boutiques both as an Associate and Agent.
He advocates for authentic representation both on stage and screen. He believes this is vital in empowering performers from all backgrounds and embracing important narratives and future role models.
Ross has a love for grey whippets, 90’s sitcoms and planning weekends away roaming the Lake District countryside.
Jessica Preddy

Much of Jessica's love for embracing change & new challenges stems from her upbringing moving around Asia, the U.K. & the States. She graduated from New York University with a BA in Dramatic Literature - perhaps the most well-read but utterly impractical dept. of studies at the university. thereafter, she moved back to London to pursue her career. While working as an actress, she moonlighted at several established talent agencies and casting offices before deciding to make the jump into full-time talent representation.
She is passionate about empowering a carefully curated list of clients grow their careers in a way that is authentic to each individual.
When not at the theatre or cinema, you can find her scouring antique markets for a bargain, binging on yet another true crime podcast or spoiling her FAMILY'S miniature dachshund bronte with endless treats.
HELEN KELLY

Helen hails from Newcastle Upon Tyne but soon headed to the big smoke for University where she graduated with a BA Honours in History. An avid Musical lover, she then went on to study Musical Theatre at Guildford School of Acting. Soon she joined Vintage Girl Group Elle & The Pocketbelles who she toured with Internationally as well as performing at Music Festivals such as Glastonbury. Looking for an exciting new challenge she took the leap into the world of Talent Management where she now has over seven years experience. As a senior agent she is proud to have supported many clients to huge success in their careers, many on a global scale.
Helen is passionate about nurturing and guiding actors, creativity and exciting new talent and an advocate for Mental Health support within the industry.
In her spare time Helen is a lover of all things fashion, especially vintage finds.She can also be found glued to a good police thriller or listening to some good Northern Soul records.
